Sat. 1 September - Teatro Vivaldi Restaurant At the dinner, Dawn Waterhouse spoke about her life-long love of wattle, celebrating Wattle Day in Canberra and her large collection of wattle memorabilia. Dawn also called for National Wattle Day, rather than Australia Day, to be the day that all Australians celebrate their national day.
